Throwback Thursday....

It’s a relatively new tradition of mine to bake a new cake for Easter weekend. Last year, I attempted my first carrot cake. It was some of my best baking to date. The best part? The cream cheese icing! And the crumbled pecan topping gave it just the right amount of crunch. Mm, bon appétit!
